Rumor has it the cast is fed up with Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s shenanigans at the Jersey Shore.

A source tells Page Six:

The others are all aggravated by him. They can’t bear his ego and that he’s earning so much from deals outside the show. They feared the new season would end up being ‘The Situation Show,’ so they are relieved they’ve all signed again. Expect fireworks, because he thinks he’s invincible. Some of the cast are secretly hoping they can force him to walk out like Angelina Pivarnick did on the first season.

No word from MTV on whether or not this is true, but it does seem like everyone is spending time together without him this days. Snooki and JWoww are inseparable!

Milk it while you can, guys. Reportedly, the cast of Jersey Shore is holding off on a third season until their contracts improve.

Yesterday, they were supposed to start filming scenes for ANOTHER season (don’t worry, season 2 hasn’t even started yet…), but JWoww, Ronnie, Sammi, Pauly D and Vinny said they weren’t shooting without a new deal locked in.

The Situation and Snooki were set to shoot today, but are said to be giving the cold shoulder as well. No word from MTV yet.

Snooki and The Situation were spotted swapping spit on Monday night in Miami, just after her split from then-boyfriend Emilio was announced.

TMZ reports it was just your average DFM (dance floor makeout). Classy.

The Jersey Shore starlet broke up with her main man because she believed he was using her to get famous.

A source reveals:

Snooki broke it off with Emilio yesterday. She found out that he was writing messages to girls on Facebook at like 3am and asking them out to try and hook up. He even posted pictures on his page of him with girls wrapped around him. Snooki has a lot of self respect and she just won’t put up with that behavior.

The insider continues:

In addition she’s suspected for a while now that Emilio was using her to get famous and to advance her own career. She is beyond furious at him, and she now believes that he was just using, and now abusing, her so he would get famous.

Not only that, but Emilio was trying to land his own gig on MTV!

Snooki found out that Emilio has been trying to get on the Real World on MTV, and it didn’t take her long to work out that he was only dating her for her fame. Emilio is so upset about the break-up, but let’s face it, he did it to himself. Obviously people have been watching him and following him since he started dating Snooki, and considering that what kind of idiot would post pictures of themselves with other girls?

So the question remains: Will Snooki search for love in the world of reality TV in a show titled Snookin’ For Love?

I can’t go out without being noticed. I still go to Dunkin’ Donuts…[but] oh, my G-d, it’s hard work.

It was a teen Guidette thing, and when everyone grew out of it, I just kept it. I’m launching the Snookit.

On manners:

I know a couple things about manners. I just don’t use them.

Despite what I thought, the cast of Jersey Shore says a grenade is not a weapon. In fact, it’s “an ugly chick who tags along with her hot friend.”

In the first season of the MTV reality series, Mike “The Situation” usually scored the hot chick while Pauly D took the grenade.

For season two, no grenades allowed. Classy. Reeeeal classy.

MTV is on the hunt for “juiced out gorillas and tanning salon-loving starlets” for a show called Jersey Shore 2010 (not to be confused with the original Jersey Shore, of course.)

Executive casting director Doron Ofir said in a statement:

I am searching for the proudest, loudest, and wildest to carry on the legacy and No haters allowed.

The reality TV star is joining Snooki, The Situation and Pauly D and applying to trademark her name.

Last month, Jenni Farley submitted documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to trademark her name for “entertainment services in the nature of an on-going reality based television program.”
