The actress tweeted an uber adorable picture of her daughter playing dress up with a pair of her mom’s shades.

Looks like they fit, right? Haha :)

A 21-year-old woman from China is attempting to transform into Jessica Alba with the hopes of winning her boyfriend back.

The actress is left bothered by the story, telling the Associated Press:

I think you should never have to change yourself like that. If somebody loves you, they’ll love you no matter what.

Surgeons in Shanghai offered to perform the cosmetic surgeries for free. Alba reached out to the girl, telling her NOT to go under the knife.

Jessica Alba is taking Spanish lessons in order to feel more confident when talking about her Mexican heritage. When she first started out in acting, journalists were very critical of her, which was upsetting for the Fantastic Four star.

She tells Siempre Mujer magazine:

I didn’t want to misrepresent Latinos and I didn’t know how to defend myself. But I went to my room and I cried all night. Since then, I’ve preferred not to comment on the subject. I tried to explain to them that, in this country (America), I’m considered Latina and, thus, I consider myself Latina as well. I grew up eating enchiladas… I identify with Mexicans. It’s in my blood whether or not I speak Spanish."

Jessica would like her and her daughter, Honor, to become fluent in the language, as well. She adds she’d love to start make movies in Spanish!

The actress reveals:

I’ve bought 70 percent of my house off Craigslist! I’ve found so many things: couches, tables, lamps. I love the idea of recycling furniture and there being a history there.

Jessica Alba is February’s cover girl for Self magazine, where she talks about 19-month-old daughter Honor and her imperfect body (yea…right!).

In regards to accepting her post-pregnancy bod, the actress says:

Pregnancy was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. So I’ll take the stretch marks. I’ll take the sagging boobs. I’ll take the cellulite I can never get rid of. If you walk around with your head held high and you’re happy and positive, then all that other stuff is irrelevant. Confidence is number one.

On what she would be if she wasn’t a Hollywood star, Alba reveals:

I used to think being a marine biologist would be the best thing ever, but now that I’ve grown up and seen things in the world, I think politics. Advocating and lobbying for certain issues would be a pretty interesting way to live your life… When I was in Washington, D.C., I got to meet Nancy Pelosi. She was so warm. I just grinned from ear to ear with my mouth open and my eyes bulging out of my head! Afterward, I called Cash and totally geeked out. I was beside myself. Tickled pink! The fact that a woman is speaker of the house? Oh, my G-d!

She even comments on how things are going with hubby, Cash Warren:

I love the way I feel after Cash and I wake up. Or talk on the phone. Everything! Every time I see him or talk to him, I fall in love with him all over again.

The actress is in talks to play a sexy pharmaceutical rep in a sequal to Ben Stiller’s Meet The Parents and Meet The Fockers.

In the film, Alba’s good looks would have an effect on the male characters. This includes Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman and Owen Wilson.

The third installment will focus on Gaylord Focker and Pam’s quest to become parents.

I thought maybe it was for a movie role, but after checking her out on imdb I saw everything she was working on is either completed or in post-production (the most recent film being Valentine’s Day.)

While attendeding the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City on Thursday to promote global education for all children, Jessica Alba comments on her life at home with daughter, Honor Marie:

I am a mother who shoves information down her throat, poor thing. I sing her songs about colors in Spanish and English when I’m cooking. Literally I integrate learning into everything I do. We’re into colors because I feel that’s something a 15-month-old can sort of identify. So now she kind of points to blue and says ‘azul’ and I say ‘Yes, azul, muy bien!’ It’s slow going but she’s sort of picking it up.

The actress continues:

She says gato for cat. Pato for duck, but dog is dog. She doesn’t say perro. She kind of flips back and forth. She’s very silly. She growls like a lion whenever I say leon.

That is a smart 1-year-old!
